New Jersey Properties
The disadvantage of having a condo is that, you will not be able to remodel the exterior of your home. But, if you buy a single family home, you may landscape your yard, paint the exterior of your house in the color of your choice and are not limited to making improvements on your lot. There are many traditional homes located in the suburbs but also, many condos are located much closer to the city hub which saves you time and puts you in the middle of all the action. In the state of New Jersey, condominium ownership also has a significant tax deduction similar to a traditional homeowner. If you later decide to become a traditional homeowner, your condo could prove to be a source of rental income.
There are pros and cons to condo ownership versus traditional home ownership but remember, there will be a condo fee to cover the amenities and the upkeep of the common areas and you will not have this with your single-family dwelling. So before moving to New Jersey, check with your realtor or visit the Website which I mentioned above.

Buyer's Delight
Our realtor is a Filipino and I just saw him online while searching for homes in Orlando. Basically, he is an American because he's been here in the US since the 80's but, was so glad with his motivation and dedication. In fact, we bought two properties being him as the realtor and it went smoothly every time. We can't wait to purchase another rental property and since the real estate plummeted downhill, this is buyers delight. I hope, you all will realize that and this is the right time to buy your dream home. This week, our realtor will show us three properties and we are so excited!Tuesday, August 9, 2011
First Income Property
We received the first month rent last week and we are so glad that we invest in this type of business. We are still planning to find another property and venture in this business.
Nowadays, people are hurting so; they lost their homes. If you check the real estate listings, you will be amazed as to how many short sales there is and how affordable a property can be at this point of time. Imagine how they feel losing a house like this at unbelievable price.
If you have the means to pay cash, buy it cash and do not settle for loans. It will hurt you and your family in the long run. That's what happen to most of the family who lost their homes. The economy crisis hit therm hard then, they lost their job. Their mortgage balloon so much which they can no longer pay but, list their property to a short sale. The best thing that you can do for your family right now is to save for the future. Invest your money and live according to your means. This income property that we have is not that much but, it can bring food on our table. The best decision that we ever had.Cochrane Rentals
The heat of Florida is a scorcher so; to consider the Cochrane Rentals in Canada for a vacation is the best option a family could have. I must admit, it's my first time to hear this place. My husband told me that it is a town in the province of Alberta, Canada. Cochrane is one of the fastest growing communities and the second largest town of Alberta. This is Bow River and Cochrane is located at the base of Big Hill. If you are planning for relocation, this is a good place to raise a family. The residents here are hospitable and friendly with strong sense of community. They appreciate the beauty of their natural surroundings and loves outdoor activities. There are many things that you can do in this place such as hiking, playing golf and windsurfing just to name a few. Or, you can just wander the streets and have a cup of coffee or enjoy an ice cream in rustic shops. The town is relatively small but growing and if you love an adventure activity, this place is for you. This town is known for paragliding and skydiving and you may attend a very popular school for this type of sport.
This town is one of the few communities in Canada that has no business tax. That is an awesome place to live right? So, if you enjoyed the great outdoors and loves a life of adventures, Cochrane might be the ideal place for you and your family. Just check out the link to know more about this place.

Home Property in Hawaii
Hubby and I own two condos which we rented the other property and we are occupying the second condo. We are still in search for a single detach home with swimming pool and should have three bedrooms / three baths among the wish list. Also, we love to have a property on the beach area or lake front. I saw the properties of Hawaii real estate for sale and I was in total admiration of their houses.
The home insurance of the property in the beach area cost a little bit higher because of tsunami but, the view is spectacular especially during sunsets and sunrise. If I have a vacation house in Hawaii, that would be great. I can enjoy the beachfront, imagining myself looking at the blue skies and hearing the waves by the seashore. What a natural music to the ear right? Anyway, Hawaii is one of my wishlist places to live. I love the culture, the food, the greenery and most of all the beach. So; if you have plans to buy a property in Hawaii, check out the link above and enjoy viewing the properties in Hawaii.
