How's your memorial day celebration everyone? Can't get enough of the holiday right? That's a three day vacation and I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did. Well, we had our advance holiday because we don't want to be in the middle of the holiday rush. Here's our share of the US piece of history.
Hubby and I went to Saint Augustine which is known to be the oldest city in the US. We wander around and visit the most important places sort of educational tour :-). During this time, we went to FORT MATANZAS which served as the look out to protect the inlet of Saint Augustine.

I pointed where we are heading and that's the Fort. We are just waiting for our ferry ride which will arrive in few minutes. The ferry ride is FREE!
We are already in the ferry at this time, can't wait to see the building. 
Just a lil souvenir for me :-) Remember, this is in a 90's degree heat! Expect that after the picture taking, I ran to the shed! 
Now, I am at the Fort, after touring the whole place, I took this picture to show you where I was earlier. The arrow is pointing the dock while we are waiting for the ferry ride.
