To survive, people seek for work and ready to render their services. People accept a job that fits to his description not only to earn a living but also hoping that the company will give him the benefit that is due him. Employers hire people because they need them. And people should give what is expected of them by the company. In other words, they need each another. They are a team for one cannot survive without the other.

However, there are companies that give unfair treatment to their employees. They are not following the right protocol to the point of abusing their workers. Here, employees’ performance is affected and the company will also suffer. Workers will not be inspired to work if they are not compensated properly.

Employers should be aware of wage laws before hiring applicants. The government carried out a standard law that requires them to follow. And if unfortunately you have experienced this, you have every right to complain and every right to sue the company.
