Great Hotel in Biloxi Mississippi

Hello everyone! Thanks for stopping by on my Tuesday Travel entry last week. I am late on my submission this week huh? Anyway, I am trying to catch up! We are here in Mississippi for Mardi Gras celebration and we stayed in the Isle of Biloxi Hotel and Casino. We are staying here for 3-nights and it's FREE! What a good blessing huh? Thanks to @IsleCasinoBX for this wonderful complimentary stay. We are in great gratitude for giving us a wonderful hotel accommodation. That's my husband checking on his business and working online. Here is the area where hubby prepared his morning coffee and off to the left side is the bathroom with a good size bath tub. Opposite to this area is the closet with a safety box where guests can secure their precious gadgets and moolah.I requested two queen size beds with balcony facing the Bay bridge and the Bay of Biloxi. The location of the Isle of Biloxi Hotel and Casino is just perfect if you stay in Biloxi Mississippi. Anything you need is right here and if you want to gamble, their slot machines pays good! Well, it depends upon your luck huh?The room is spacious and WiFi connectivity is everywhere in the property. Anyone can access it so easily. Here is the Isle of Biloxi from the Bay Bridge view. And in here is the view from the room's balcony. That's the Bay of Biloxi and the land mass across is the city of Ocean Springs, Mississippi.

Awesome View From Our Room at the Beau Rivage Hotel

This is part of the city of Biloxi in Mississippi. One of the buildings that you saw here is my workplace for 18 months. There are 8 world class casinos in Biloxi namely: Grand, Hard Rock, IP, Isle, Boomtown, Palace, Treasure Bay, and Beau Rivage.Looking down on the beautiful view of the city from our room at the Beau Rivage Hotel. Our room is located on the 23rd floor, it's huge and has the best bathroom. I like the view and the room is PERFECT but, I do not like the location of our room. It was inconvenient to walk from the garage to the hotel. The worst part is from the elevator (at the middle), we had to walk all the way to our room located at the end plus NO WIFI.We need an Internet Connection so, on the third day, we transferred to another casino/hotel. On this day, it was foggy and it's about 6AM and the sunrise was hidden behind the thick clouds. The pool area was FANTASTIC...world class ambiance facing the Gulf.I love the breakfast buffet in BeauRivage full of delicious foodies and so affordable! I took this picture on mobile, the Beau Rivage Hotel and Casino.Okay, this is the look of our bedroom, pretty awesome huh? Oh, their bathroom is crazy perfect and huge! The only set back, no WiFi on our floor and the distance from the elevator to our room is longgggggggggggggggg. Done!

Work and Vacation

I was waiting for my husband outside a cafe' shop and I saw this huge coffee grinding machine on the window of the cafe'. You can actually see it grinding the whole coffee turned into powdered coffee. This goes to prove that the coffee they used is fresh and pure, and no added ingredients.Anyway, these buildings are Hard Rock and Beau Rivage, both are hotels/resorts and casinos. After we bought the coffee, we went inside Hard Rock to have our late breakfast in the buffet. That was an awesome day for us. A vacation and work at the same time.

Total Relaxation

Once in a while, it is really good to have a long-week vacation where all I have to do is relax, eat delicious food and rest well. Our room has a balcony facing the bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This is the second hotel that we checked in, the Isle in Biloxi is a hotel and casino. This is the first building that you will see when you are on the bridge that connects Ocean Springs and Biloxi, Mississippi. Our room is on this side and we are on the 10th floor. The room has the best view of the Gulf Coast and at night, the bridge is so beautiful. When we live here for a year, this bridge is my usual route to my workplace. I work on the graveyard shift so; when I pass by the bridge, I would look up to this hotel. I was wishing that someday, I will be sitting on the balcony, just relaxing and will never think about work at all. My wish did come true.
I still have one wish though, I wanted to walk across the bridge and I hope it will happen someday.
My inlaws used to walk this bridge every morning and it makes them healthy. I might join with them someday.

New York Hotel

The 10th Anniversary of 911 will be in two days and I hope that the celebration will focus on the lives lost. I cannot forget the images of people as I watched it on TV. People walking on the streets covered with white ashes, twin towers collapsing and chaos everywhere while other nations are jumping for joy! That was horrible and disturbing while I was viewing on TV the sight of other countries celebrating death! That was a terrible event that changes the lives and views of all Americans and the whole Christian Nation. I wanted to visit New York and see the progress of the Rise of Freedom. How about you? If you are looking for Hotels in New York City, stay in Intercontinental New York Hotel. The location is great and in the heart of the busy streets of Time Square. There are 36 stories of this hotel and if you booked your stay on the top floors, you will enjoy the view of Hudson River and the beautiful Manhattan Skyline. Check out this hotel if you plan to stay in New York City in any time of the year. They have the good deals and special offers, the accommodation is great plus, your stay will be comfortable. Castillo Resort in Saint Augustine

Hubby and I are scouting hotels after we cancel the hotel we book online. We arrived past 3 PM and as we look for another hotel, we found Castillo Resort. It looks grand on the outside and I was impressed with the inside layout of our room. I occupy this space for my blogging ( I need to work heheehe). The window is overlooking the poolside with jacuzzi spa and the whole area is pretty.
I am always checking how meticulous the cleaning staff in every hotel we stay in. The "cleaning staff" are doing the right job. I appreciate how they set up the towels like this.
The sinks are in a separate area adjacent to the bathroom. Both are in good size and clean. The moment we came inside our room, it smells clean.
I also noticed that the hand, face and bath towels are in 4 sets which is really great! Towels are fairly new and very clean. There is coffee maker, ice bucket, fridge, microwave and a bath robe available in our room.
The available room at that time of checked in was two queen size bed. So, we take it and I was glad because we had more space to lay my gadgets:-) The sheets smells clean!
Though I don't need a hair blower, our room has it. It also have iron and iron board. So far, my stay in this hotel is perfect and I recommend it to all of you.

Hotel in Saint Agustine

We just arrived from our hotel and we love this resort. The front beach is just nearby but since it's too hot to go there, we decided to stay inside the room, cool down after all the driving we had. This is the view from my room, awesome! When we went inside the resort, this is the mural design in one of the walls extending to the ceiling.
This resort is very clean and the price is just right considering the ambiance is truly wonderful.
Honestly, this is not the place we booked on line! When we saw the Beach Hotel, it looks old. But then again, we tried to check and ask the old lady that we should look at the room first. The counter is dusty and stinky hehehe. They have birds, dog that keeps on barking, and other animals. It is supposed to be a welcome area right? Anyway, we saw the room, OMG! Smells awful and we told the lady that we willl cancel our reservation. We paid $17, it's alright and move to this resort! The decision is GREAT! Our room smells good, smells clean and nicely set up!
