Hubby and I love to shop in Publix. Their prices are reasonable and when they have BOGO (buy one get one) item, it's really a rock bottom price. Okay, here is the commercial that touched my heart in Christmas this year. You should watch it. I am sure if you have an awesome grandpa, you will miss him dearly. watch the video and tell me, do you like it?

Awesome #Klout Perks

So far, I received two awesome perks from #Klout and I am waiting for my #Ricola and #Hershey's perks this week. I hope it will come so soon in time for Christmas. I have a sports magazine subscription for a year and the #VitaFrute. The Vita Frute is expensive but, I was given a coupon for two bottles and paid $11 which is alright. It could have been more delightful if it's a FREE coupon.

If you have Klout, promote it and you will get the freebies you'll love. Merry Christmas all.

Relaxing at the Front Porch with my BHTV

This post brought to you by Bright House Networks. All opinions are 100% mine.

The front porch is one of my favorite outdoor place in the house. My husband and I love to sit there before sunrise and at dusk as well with a cup of hot coffee. Well, now that it's winter time, we sit at the front porch with a cup of hot cocoa and watch the amazing display of the horizon. Doing that relaxing moment, we always bring our iPad.

Did you know that we don't miss the morning news even if we were at the front porch? Yes that is true! Make Any Room a TV Room! Anywhere in the house is a TV room because of the BHTV app from Bright House Networks. We are a Bright House Networks subscriber for many years now and we are a happy camper especially with the BHTV service.

BHTV or Bright House Networks TV is an awesome service that they have and we used it regularly. The BHTV app allows the customer to view the HD Programming anywhere in the house but, this will only work within the range of the home's wireless network. Check out the BHTV’s FAQ and if you are interested, why not become a subscriber today. You can use BHTV if you download the app in your iPhone, iPad, and most of the Android phones too. You can also access the BHTV in your home computer. For me, I enjoy the convenience of using the iPad.

Facebook: Your 2013 Year in Review

Have you checked out the side bar of your FB yet? You will definitely see this: 2013 See Your 2013 Year in Review. I thought it is pretty cool and weird at the same time. Weird because Facebook is keeping some of the significant moments of my FB wall posts. Maybe FB based the moments according to popularity of likes and comments. I think this Year in Review is pretty cool.

If you click the link above, that's my 2013 Year in Review according to Facebook. I can't help but, smile. My personal and offline life is perfectly hidden from my FB public profile.

What is your Facebook Year in Review for 2013? Is it significant?

Rest in Peace Paul Walker

After attending the Sunday mass today, I spent the rest of the afternoon watching the videos and reading about Paul Walker's life and his charity cause. I thought he was just one handsome and famous face in Hollywood but, after reading the shared condolences from his close friends, those who knew him and has worked with him, Paul Walker was not just a famous Hollywood face after all.

Honestly, I am not an avid fan even though, I did watch some of his movies. But, after knowing all his charitable activities, I became one. Based from what I read from friends and those who knew him, he is a great guy and committed to his charity group: Reach Out World Wide. Heaven must have gained another angel for sure. I am heart broken beyond grief because someone like him could make a difference and now, he is gone and only God knows the reason why.

Paul Walker, thank you for the support and for showing compassion to the places that were hit hard by earthquake, typhoon and tornado. Most of all, thank you for helping the Typhoon Haiyan victims in the Philippines. Rest in Peace Paul Walker. You will be missed for sure.
