Shania Twain: Tumbled Down

June 09, 2011 - Shania Twain tumbled down on stage during the 2011 CMT Awards and she posted a response in youtube about the incident. She falls down hard, poor Shania. I wonder how many inches she's wearing anyway. This is an embarrassing moment but, she managed to stand up and laugh about it. According to the news she's alright and she's not hurt during the fall. That's the most important one that she's okay. She don't need another bad memory to remember.
