A Good Strategy to Quit Smoking

According to a study by researchers at the Boston University School of Public Health in 2010, the electronic cigarette is safer to use than real cigarette. It also helps the smoker to break the habit of smoking. The research study also shows that the real danger in traditional cigarette is from the tobacco smoke plus the many additional chemicals added in it.

Compared to E cigarette, it has no tar, ash, carbon monoxide and has no tobacco in it. Those who use it still have the same amount of nicotine from traditional cigarette. There is no smell of smoke therefore; smell of a smoker is definitely gone for good. It is healthier and cheaper alternative to traditional cigarette because each cartridge costs less compared to the price of an entire pack of the real cigarette.

Electronic cigarette comes in different flavors which are propylene glycol-free. When people use the electronic cigarette around you, you will not get the harmful second hand smoke but, only the water vapor. Nowadays, electronic cigarette is more socially acceptable than traditional cigarette.
I have friends who used electronic cigarette because they wanted to quit smoking. It helps a lot! Somehow, they gradually forgotten the taste of tobacco from the traditional cigarette. When they use this product, it works for them.
