590 Lotto Winner from Florida

I was watching the news this morning as the lucky Florida woman finally claimed her $590 million jackpot winnings. That is truly a huge amount! She is 84 years old Gloria C. Mackenzie. She bought the winning ticket for the May 18 drawing. That draw was the largest jackpot in the lottery's history. Amazing! Her life and the life of her family will be change forever tremendously!

She bought a quick pick ticket at Publix Supermarket and according to her statement which she provided in the news, there was a guy standing in front of her on a queue but, he gave his spot for her. She lives in Zephyrhills, Florida and she will split her winnings to her son shown in the photo below. Did you know that under Florida law, the winner of the lottery cannot remain anonymous? Yep! So; if I win (hopefully in the next draw, LOL) you will know it from this blog.

Congratulations Gloria C. Mackenzie! May God bless you with good health so that you will enjoy your blessings. How about you?

Here's mine: 1. Hire a lawyer 2. Hire an Accountant. 3. Make a list who to give/share the winnings.

Hey Mrs. MacKenzie, would you like to send me a Buick Enclave or Encore? Gosh! I can wish can't I? LOL Anyway, thanks for stopping by here. God bless you all. Stay out of trouble ^-^

  1. The first thing I would do also is hire a lawyer and an accountant and then make a will STAT!!! I really should do that anyway--but have to save up for that. Yes, their lives will change-hopefully for the better--hum--maybe I would change my phone number and address as well--

  2. well happy she won and that she finally calmed it

  3. Good for her, hope she really enjoys it!

  4. How lucky she is. Most of the big winners of lottery are old aren't they? I winder if she is looking for a daughter to adopt, I will volunteer myself hahaha.. Kidding aside, good for her.

  5. I would keep the fact that I won a secret

  6. I would hire an attorney (set up a trust fund and my own charity), travel and settle down in another state.

  7. wow. such a lucky lady. I hope she'll get to live long to enjoy it.:)

  8. She's lucky indeed! Hope to win the next lottery ticket too. LOL! :) She got lucky as well that the person infront of her, gave her the spot. Not meant to be for the other person.

  9. I was also shocked with the news, you can't really tell who will get that big fish. i bet that would help her enjoy the world too.

that's a lot of money, well after all the taxes i think she takes $274,000,000.00. see what happen with that huge tax deduction?

A creative man is motivated by the desire to achieve, not by the desire to beat others. Thanks for stopping by. Spam Comments will not be approve :-)
