Where is Michelle Parker?

There are too many negative news on TV and somehow, we are affected by what's happening around us. We are very cautious with the new faces in the neighborhood and at night, we can't sleep good if the alarm is not on. We probably are worried when members of the family did not come home on time.

Though we are cautious sometimes, we are caught off-guard. And that's what happened to Michelle Parker. She went missing Nov.17, 2011 after she dropped off her twins in Carter Glen condominium here in Orlando. She just vanished with no traces of her whereabouts.The last person who saw her is her ex-fiance, Dale Smith ll, the father of her children. Her Hummer was found but, Michelle was nowhere in sight. I guess when we feel that respect is not there anymore, the marriage is not worth saving for. If the other person has infidelity issue, it is very horrible to live with the person for another day. Love is between two people who shares their time together, dreams, joy and sorrows, joke together and continues to sparkle their love every waking moments of their lives. It is very hard to do because we are not perfect but, when there is infidelity issue inside the marriage, everything will crumble! It is better to let go and move on with life.

We should be happy and contented if we are healthy. Other people tried so hard to spend so much money to buy vitamins and do physical activities just to maintain a good fit. Be proud that you have a good life and do not waste your time and money for vices. It will only ruin your life and also break your family apart. Try your best to live a healthy life and reward yourself with a healthy lifestyle too. Do you smoke? It is not too late to quit.

My friend wanted to quit smoking but, she is not doing it. I know that it is so hard to quit. Just two months ago, she acts on it. Enchanted Broom

I love musical decors and I bought three items already. The first was Santa Claus singing a Christmas song then, the animated turkey playing a musical instrument as it dances and finally, this enchanted broom.I bought this in Cracker Barrel where we frequent for breakfast. It will move around and you will hear that annoying witch laughters! This is good for halloween props and it was fun to listen to it. It's Christmas time and I plan to buy more.

Imperfect Justice Indeed!

The whole nation was intrigued by the case of Casey Anthony. It was July 5, 2011, Casey Anthony walked out from prison as a FREE woman. It was one of the most sensational murder trials of all time and it all happen here in Orlando, Florida. Just 10 minutes away from where I live. She'd been accused of killing her daughter, Caylee who is only 3 years old in 2008 when the crime happened. What really happened to Caylee? We will never know because the only key to all this is Casey Anthony, the mother. The jurors found her NOT GUILTY and NO ONE saw it coming. The most loved prosecutor in this case is Jeff Ashton and this book contain explosive new information. This case has the verdict that shocked us all! This book tells the behind-the-scenes story of the investigation and the trial. Three years of lies and sheer luck made Casey a free woman! This book cannot undo the verdict but, it helps us understand why imperfect justice exist! I want to read this book.

Watching the Cloud Formation

Isn't it nice? Whether short road trip or not, my camera is ready for taking pictures. Actually, this picture was taken with my blackberry phone. Oh well, sometimes I can capture good photos and other times, blurry but, considering we are traveling 60mph, not bad at all huh?In the still of the night and this time, my caption was bad. This particular night was beautiful because the moon was so bright and the cloud formation was awesome. I can only have a blurry picture when I tried to zoom it in. I love the skies of Florida when it is like this. See the tail like cloud? That is my focus of this picture. I just thought that it was unique LOL. This is my shallow activity huh!
When I have a picture like this, it inspire me to really get my DSLR camera sooner. Black Friday is fast approaching so; I hope I can find a good deal.When there is a minor storm in Florida, the clouds look like this. Pretty scary right? You don't know what's behind those clouds. I do not want to see the Tornado though.I love watching the cloud formation because I feel at peace and I appreciate the nature that God provided for us. It gives me a peaceful feeling that life is too short to be wasted. Let us be thankful to God for all these wonderful blessings. Amazing Sunset

At about 9 AM today, we already went out to do some errands before we head to an hour drive to meet our realtor. Yep! We are still looking for houses that we love to live maybe for the rest of our lives! Too bad though, our dream house was sold just tonight! They accepted the offer maybe higher than what we bid! Anyway, we are still waiting for another bid that we had today and the respond will be tomorrow. If that home will be meant for us then, we are happy. If not, we will wait and keep looking.We drove down the scenic route because we love to see the beach. I told hubby that I wanted to eat Chinese food so; we did order to go. We found a public park along the Melbourne, Florida area and stayed there for a picnic.The water on the beach was rough and so I took some pictures. Hubby and I decided to re-visit the other home that we bid so that if in case the seller asked us to bid higher, we know what to respond. For the second time, we love the location and the place. The house is immaculate! Anyway, we went home but along the way, I found the store that I was looking for, BELK. I told hubby that I wanted to buy boots in that store. Well, we are not rushing to go home so, he lets me shop for a little bit.I bought two boots and yeah, we head home. Oh not really! LOL! Hubby said, we need to see the property located just two miles away. We decided to see the house and we do not like the neighborhood. Finally, we went home and when we were on the road, I took these pictures. Oh! The sunset was so pretty though, my camera captured it so badly :-) I should buy me a DSLR soon so that I can capture the amazing sunset!

Favorite Cast of Amazing Race

Bill and Cathi lived in Oregon and both are Educators by profession. At present they own a ranch and they are farmers. Though they are the oldest casts in Amazing Race, they compete well and they always finish in a good spot.

They are highly intellectuals and they are also sports enthusiasts. Meaning, if there are physical tasks, they can accomplish it well. I like them too because they do not yell to each other and they do not put a blame on one another. They just enjoy the competition.

Do You Have Slippers?

He has nothing! Come to think of it, you live a good life compared to this man. Why keep on complaining about life? You should be thankful for what you have! 1996, I was hired as a teacher for third grade in a remote location in the city. We had to walk 4-6 hours to arrive the destination of that baranggay. The place is called BESIGAN and the baranggay has a nice mountain view with untouched water falls. It took us long hours to walk because the contour of the land was steep and we had to cross the river and hills. It was tiring but, we are so excited with our job and serve the community. Just like the picture above, the students take pride of what they have. Their slippers/flip-flops are clean and you can tell that they only use it to go to school or when they go to the market. When they are at home, they love to play barefoot. Slippers are price possession for them. One time, it was raining so hard and time to finish the class. I saw the children took out a big plastic bag with Gaisano/Ororama prints and cover their school bags. They put their slippers inside the school bag and head home without umbrella and raincoats. I told them that they should wear the slippers to protect their feet but, they told me that they do not want their slippers to get dirty.
