Brain and beauty, that's who she is. Shamcey Supsup, a graduate from University of the Philippines with the highest honours, got the 3rd Runner-Up during the Miss Universe Pageant 2011 at San Paulo Brazil.
A graduate of Bachelor of Architecture at UP, hailed from General Santos City (Manny Pacquiao's hometown) is truly a remarkable person. During the Q & A portion, she answered her question with poise and conviction that she will not change her religion to marry someone she love. As a Catholic myself, her answer was totally powerful. It is part of our culture and religion is very important.
